Jenira sauce is an all-purpose sauce used for marinating, grilling, seasoning and sautéing. Jenira Sauce can also be used simply as a condiment and is great on everything like vegetables, meats, chicken, seafood and tofu. You can even use it to make Bloody Mary's! If you can eat it, you can use Jenira sauce on it!

The history of Jenira's Famous, Inc. has ultimately been lived through the life of its signature sauce, Jenira Sauce. In his grandmother's kitchen on the west side of Chicago around the year 1990, Ira Rounsaville, Jr. found a recipe for buffalo wings on the label of a hot sauce bottle. Curious about the taste and excited by the simplicity of the recipe, this novice teenage cook mixed the two ingredients for the wing sauce; hot sauce and margarine. He poured the sauce over some chicken wings his grandmother had made and to his delight he was very pleased with this newfound taste and recipe.

Jenira Mild Sauce is the sweetest of the three with full of spices and a nice balance of bold flavor.

Jenira Medium Sauce is the original recipe. It has a nice kick of spicy heat right "in the middle", with a nice balance of sweetness, and that unmistakable Jenira flavor.

Jenira Hot Sauce is the least sweet of the three. It starts with a subtle hint of heat and progressively opens up to a "warm embrace".
